Hapi Launches New Payment Automations

MIAMI, Florida—Hapi announced new payment automations that enable hotel organizations to automate repeatable payment workflows, reduce processing failures, and accelerate transactions across their portfolios. Recently deployed across thousands of Hapi-connected hotels, the capabilities allow hotel teams to improve operational efficiency while getting paid faster.  

Processing failures and manual workflows can delay transactions and create additional work for hotel teams. Hapi’s new payment automations help hotels process transactions at the right time and with greater accuracy while improving operational consistency. In one such engagement, a hotel group reduced payment processing failures from more than 30 percent to zero after implementing the automations powered by Hapi.  

The new automations support payment workflows across Hapi’s ecosystem of payment partners, including SecurePay, Shiji Infrasys, Toast, Upgrade, and XanderPay. By connecting payment, PMS, and POS environments, these capabilities reduce the operational complexity associated with managing transactions across fragmented systems while supporting real-time room charges, itemized folios, and more seamless transaction processing across hotel operations.  

The automations are powered by Hapi’s API and orchestration layer, which provides a common framework across PMS and hospitality applications. Hapi enables hotel organizations to automate repeatable workflows at scale while leveraging the systems they already use. The company plans to continue expanding its automation capabilities across additional hospitality workflows.
