From Data Struggles to Marketing Success: Great Wolf Resorts' 95% Data Refresh Improvement with Hapi Guest

The Challenge

Great Wolf Resorts, North America's largest operator of indoor water park resorts, needed to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across its 19 locations. With each location having a water park, arcades, hotel, and outlets, there was a lot of opportunity for marketing to specific guests' needs. The challenge was fragmented data from different PMS sources. Their patchworked middleware solution was unreliable, with frequent breakdowns and server issues, which prevented the Great Wolf team from achieving their vision of real-time, one-to-one customer marketing.

The solution

After implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, Great Wolf partnered with Hapi to establish a consistent, reliable data pipeline through Hapi Guest. Hapi's team of hospitality tech veterans seamlessly implemented the Salesforce integration, while maintaining Great Wolf’s existing data structure, significantly improving data flow.
