Let’s connect!

Connect once.
Reach every system we support.

One connection to Hapi instead of one to every vendor. Data arrives normalized into a single hospitality data model in real time, and the connection reads and writes, so your systems can act on what they see.

The Connection Layer for Hospitality

Connectivity That Works Across Systems

Every hotel system holds part of the truth, and historically every connection between them was quoted, built, and maintained one at a time. Hapi Connectivity connects any hotel system, normalizes it to one hospitality data model, and gives you a single interface that reads from and writes to whichever property management system each hotel actually runs.

Go Beyond the Sync and Transact Across Systems

Anyone can move a message. Hapi executes real, folio-accurate transactions against a live PMS with ordering, error recovery, and every call accounted for. One check-out on our side is roughly seven calls inside the source system. This is the layer that makes everything built on top of it actually work.

One Integration. One Format. Every System.

Connect to Hapi once and access normalized guest data from every PMS in our network. When we add a new system, you don’t have to start another engineering project. Your Hapi connection keeps working, giving you access to more systems without the extra development and certification. Build once. Connect everywhere. Keep expanding.

Proven at Scale

Join 15,000 hotels, including multi-region enterprise deployments, that trust Hapi to connect their hotel technology. With dedicated segments and separate cloud partitions as needed, this is proven hospitality infrastructure.

Hapi Connectivity

How it works

Connect

Bring in the systems that hold your guest records: property management, table management, spa and activity, loyalty, survey, and central reservations. Data arrives by event stream, webhook, or file, with no connection fee, no per-property charge, and no re-tiering when you add a system later.

Normalize

Everything lands in one hospitality data model, built on nine years of per-system mapping work, so a reservation reads the same way downstream no matter which system it came from and every consumer builds against one contract.

Transact

One two-way interface reads from the source system and writes back to it in real time, so work happens where your team already works instead of being exported, re-keyed, and reconciled later.

Scale

Add properties or systems without starting over. As new sources come online in the same hospitality data model, you gain access to them without a new development project.

Hapi Connectivity

Core Features

Two-Way Sync
Executing a transaction against a live property management system is a different discipline from moving a message. Retrieve, post, validate, update. Real write-back, not a read-only mirror.

One Hospitality Data Model
Ten hospitality data types and a documented mapping architecture, purpose-built for hospitality and ready for action. Every consumer builds against one contract instead of mapping each vendor's schema.

Connect Once, Keep Reaching
One integration to Hapi reaches every system we support. As new sources come online in the same hospitality data model, you gain access to them without a new development project.

Neutral by Design
Hapi does not sell a property management system, a point of sale or a loyalty platform, so it has no reason to favor one system over another. Your data stays yours in one model, with a full copy available on request.

Built for Your Developers
Documented APIs, event subscriptions, and a sandbox to build against, plus connector health visibility so your team can see what is flowing without opening a ticket.

Built for Technology Providers, Too

Your product needs live data from the hotel's PMS, and usually needs to write back to it. Your first integration was a project. Your fifth is a permanent engineering function — a different certification process, different credentials, and a maintenance tail that never shrinks. Hapi Connectivity gives you one integration that reaches every system we support.

Build Once, Reach Many

Integrate with one hospitality data model instead of every vendor's version of a reservation. New sources arrive without you having to do anything.

A Genuine Two-Way Surface

Retrieve a folio, post a charge, validate eligibility before posting, search a guest, check in or out — a real transactional surface, not a lowest-common-denominator wrapper.

We Don't Compete With You

Hapi is data infrastructure. We don't sell a guest experience application, a CRM, or a point-of-sale solution. We connect them.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this just another integration platform?

No. Generic integration tooling moves messages. Hapi normalizes to a proven unified hospitality data model and transacts against whichever property management systems a hotel brand actually runs.

How is this different from building the integration ourselves?

Direct integration is genuinely cheap for the first platform. It stops being cheap by the fifth, once each one carries its own certification path, credentials, and maintenance. A connection to Hapi reaches every system we support, and stays covered as we add sources, without a new engineering project each time.

Do we have to pay to connect our systems?

There is no connection fee and no per-property charge. Each system you keep connected carries one published annual rate on the rate card, and that is the whole calculation: one rate, one unit, one multiplication. Add a system mid-term and nothing else on your invoice moves. Disconnect it and the charge stops.

Do you cover every property management system?

Coverage is deep rather than universal, built across the platforms hotels actually run, with new connectors added continuously. If a specific platform matters to you, we’re happy to talk about it further.

How does this relate to Hapi Data Lakehouse, Hapi Guest Identity, and Hapi Autopilot?

Hapi Connectivity is the supply layer of the platform. It's the connected, normalized data that the Lakehouse stores, that Guest Identity resolves, and that Autopilot transacts against — every other module depends on what gets connected here.
